Notes on How to Request a Quote
1. You don’t have to provide your name at this stage if you wish to remain anonymous.
2. Accepted currencies for a quotation: United States Dollar, Euro, Great British Pound, Swiss Franc, Norwegian Krone, Canadian Dollar, Australian Dollar, New Zealand Dollar, Singapore Dollar, Japanese Yen.
2. If you prefer to select “SEPA Transfer“, “ACH transfer“, or “Domestic bank transfer to our Payoneer bank account in the UK/Canada/Australia” as the payment method, your bank account must be a business account. Otherwise, please select another method instead.
3. Small fees apply if you selected “SEPA Transfer“, “ACH transfer“, “Domestic bank transfer to our Payoneer bank account in the UK/Canada/Australia,” or “PayPal.” Please see detail here.
6. In case you plant to select “International wire transfer (to our bank account in Japan)”, the following conditions must be met:
- Both the invoiced amount and deposited amount must have the same currency
- All bank charges incurred outside of Japan must be covered by the buyer
- Both the amount deposited and invoiced must be identical
In other words, when the amount on the invoice is €500.00, the amount deposited in our bank account must be €500.00. If we received €450.00 instead of €500.00, we would ask you to send the balance of €50.00.
If it appears difficult or impossible, there are other payment options available. It would be wiser to prevent issues before they arise!
