Inherent services
Certain services such as translation may require other services to fulfill the delivery of services. For example, document formatting and DTP should be included. In any case, if any inherent services are needed, all will be clearly itemized in a quotation.

Pricing of services
- Per source word rate: translation, review, editing, proofreading
- Hourly rate: other services such as linguistics and/or consulting services
- Minimum charge or minimum fee apply

- SEPA Transfer: 2.0%
- If the amount is less than €100.00: 10%
- ACH transfer: 2.0%
- If the amount is less than $100.00: 10%
- Domestic bank transfer to our Payoneer account: 2.0%
- If the amount is less than £100.00: 10%
- International wire transfer: 0% (however, all the banking fees incurred shall be borne by the customer)
- PayPal: 4.4% + ¥40
- Wise (Send money to email address only): 0%
Classification of website users
Website users who fill out the form to request a quote are divided into two groups: Business and Individual. As you might guess, certain conditions may apply depending on which group you will be classified.
Business
- Plan to make a payment by bank transfer from a business bank account
- Own a professional email address that matches the domain of the website

Individual
- Choose to remain anonymous
- Use a free email address such as gmail.com and outlook.com
