Notes on How to Request a Quote

Before requesting a quote, please make sure to read the following:

1. Please select ‘private customer’ if you are:

Using an email address without a domain name such as gmail
Paying from a personal bank account

2. If you are a ‘private customer’, please make sure to select one of the following combinations:

EUR – Wise
USD – PayPal
JPY – PayPal

3. If you select ‘International wire transfer (to our Japanese bank)’:

You are responsible for all bank charges incurred outside of Japan
The invoiced amount must be deposited to our bank account with no deductions in the specified currency
Please select another payment method if the above is not possible or acceptable

4. Please make sure to upload the file(s) you wish to have translated. Without this (these), we may not be able to generate a quote for you.
