Notes on How to Request a Quote
Before requesting a quote, please make sure to read the following:
1. Please make sure to select ‘private customer’ if you are:
- Using an email address without a domain name such as gmail
- Paying from a personal bank account
2. If you are a ‘private customer’, please make sure to select one of the following combinations:
- EUR – Wise (Money to Email only)
- USD – PayPal
- JPY – PayPal
- JPY – Local bank transfer (to our bank account in Japan)
3. If you select ‘International wire transfer (to our bank account in Japan)’:
- Both the invoiced amount and deposited amount must have the same currency
- All bank charges incurred outside of Japan must be covered by the buyer
- Both the amount deposited and invoiced must be identical
In other words, when the amount on the invoice is €500.00, the amount deposited in our bank account must be €500.00. If we received €450.00 instead of €500.00, we would ask you to send the balance of €50.00.
If it appears difficult or impossible, we propose using a different payment option. It is wise to avert trouble before it occurs!
4. Please make sure to upload the file(s) you wish to have translated. Without this (these), we may not be able to create a quote for you.
