Notes on How to Request a Quote

Before requesting a quote, please make sure to read the following:

1. Please make sure to select ‘private customer’ if you are:

  • Using an email address without a domain name such as gmail
  • Paying from a personal bank account

2. If you are a ‘private customer’, please make sure to select one of the following combinations:

  • EUR – Wise (Money to Email only)
  • USD – PayPal
  • JPY – PayPal

3. If you select ‘International wire transfer (to our Japanese bank account)’:

  • Both the invoiced amount and deposited amount must have the same currency
  • All bank charges incurred outside of Japan must be covered by the buyer
  • Both the amount deposited and invoiced must be identical

In other words, if the invoiced amount is 500.00 euros, then the deposited amount must be 500.00 euros. In the event that the amount we received in our bank account is 450.00 euros, we will demand that you send 50.00 euros.

In case the above sounds difficult or unfeasible, we suggest opting for another payment method. It’s better to avoid trouble before it actually happens!

4. Please make sure to upload the file(s) you wish to have translated. Without this (these), we may not be able to create a quote for you.
